A reminder! In order to alleviate possible congestion issues on your DIDs, you may purchase additional shared or non-shared channels. Non-shared channels are dedicated to a specific DID number and allow additional simultaneous calls on that particular number. Shared channels span a selected group of DIDs, and allow additional call capacity on that group of numbers. Our technology allows shared-channel groups to comprise of DIDs located anywhere in the world, for example, DIDs from Canada, Spain and Australia may be included in a single channel group. It should be noted that even if a DID is allocated to a group of shared channels, the DID retains two free non-shared channels, ensuring a minimum call capacity.
